Official registration from Habanos S.A. has not opened yet. By booking with us, we guarantee your spot and handle the entire registration process when available.
Do I need a visa for Cuba?
Yes, most nationalities require a tourist card (visa). We assist you with all necessary procedures and required documentation.
Are flights included?
Packages do not include international flights, but we can help you find the best options and coordinate your arrivals and departures.
Can I buy habanos at the Festival?
Absolutely. You will have exclusive access to limited editions and 2026 releases before anyone else in the world. We advise you on your purchases and shipping management.
What level of Spanish do I need?
It is not necessary to speak Spanish. All our packages include bilingual guides (Spanish/English) and full assistance throughout the festival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation with 100% refund up to 90 days before the event. Between 89-60 days: 50% refund. Less than 60 days: non-refundable. Travel insurance highly recommended.
