Welcome to Habano Reserve. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal smoking age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to purchase tobacco products from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Authenticity & Products
We guarantee that all Habanos sold on our platform are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official Habanos S.A. distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or grey market products.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our logistics hub in Panama. However, in compliance with OFAC regulations, we strictly DO NOT ship Cuban tobacco products to addresses within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and depend on third-party carriers (DHL/FedEx).
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country's customs authority. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. For opened boxes, returns are only accepted if a maximum of 2 cigars have been smoked and a quality defect is proven.
7. Payment Methods
We exclusively accept international bank transfers and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT). For crypto payments, orders are processed only after blockchain confirmation. All prices are in USD.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is paramount. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to process your order (e.g., shipping carriers).
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
