We ship internationally from our logistics hub in Panama, ensuring fast transit times and careful handling of your investment.
Shipping Costs
- Standard International Shipping: $300.00 USD (Flat rate).
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $1,500.00 USD.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination, generally between 3 to 7 business days via DHL Express or FedEx. All shipments include tracking number.
Packaging & Protection
Your habanos are packed with Boveda humidification systems to guarantee they arrive in optimal humidity conditions (69-72%), ready to be enjoyed or stored in your humidor.
Return Policy
At Habano Reserve, your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return policy.
- Deadline: You have 15 days from receipt of the order to request a return.
- Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with warranty seals intact. In the case of open boxes, returns are accepted if fewer than 2 cigars have been smoked.
- Process: Contact our Concierge to receive a prepaid return label. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
