How to Verify Your Habanos
Every box of Habanos we sell features official security seals allowing you to verify its legitimacy yourself:
- Warranty Seal of the Republic of Cuba: The elongated green seal sealing the box. Contains a hologram and unique barcode.
- Verification Code: Below the barcode you will find an alphanumeric code. You can enter this code on the official Habanos Verification site to confirm the product is genuine and matches your box description.
- Habanos D.O.P. Seal: The Protected Denomination of Origin seal on the top right corner.
- Factory Marks (Bottom): On the bottom of the box you will find "Habanos S.A.", "Hecho en Cuba", and "Totalmente a Mano" stamps, plus factory and date codes.
Quality Inspection
Beyond seals, our expert sommeliers visually inspect cigars (wrapper color, construction, aroma) before shipping. If a box doesn't meet our excellence standards, it doesn't ship.
