Authenticity & Quality
Are your habanos authentic?
Absolutely. All our products come directly from Habanos S.A. through official distributors. Each box includes its Republic of Cuba warranty seal, unique barcode verifiable on the official Habanos site, and holographic seal. We offer a 100% authenticity guarantee or your money back.
How do you guarantee quality during shipping?
Each order is manually inspected before leaving our climate-controlled humidor. We pack habanos with Boveda humidity control packs and thermal protection materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, regardless of the outside weather.
Do you sell open boxes or single cigars?
No, we only sell our cigars in complete packs or bundles. We do not sell loose single cigars to ensure maximum quality and authenticity.
Shipping & Payments
Do you ship to the United States?
Due to current regulations (OFAC), we do not ship Cuban tobacco products to addresses within the United States. We serve clients in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Canada.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international bank transfers and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT) for greater privacy and security.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
All our shipments are insured. If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost or refund the full amount.
